This is not a quiet desk job. The room buzzes. People show up because they want to be here, and they make money doing it. Every week brings meetings, trainings, and real market education, plus a lot of fun along the way. If you want to coast, this is the wrong room. The Floor
We’re on the 15th floor of Jamboree Center in Irvine. Loud room, real training, real money. Here’s the deal:
THE OFFICE – Class A tower off the 405. Gym with a putting green, on-site dining, covered parking. A floor worth showing up to.
THE PROOF – We film Candlestick Men right here. Real traders, real reactions. Watch a few episodes and you’ll know the vibe.
WHO WINS – You’ll thrive if you’ve got a sense of humor, take coaching well, and stay sharp on your 100th call. If you want a quiet 9-to-5 or your ego bruises easy, wrong room.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

NOW HIRING · FULL TRAINING PROVIDED · IRVINE, CA
Fronter/Dialer
This is the engine of the floor. You’ll be on the phones, opening conversations, and setting the table for our closers. High energy, high reps, real upside. No prior experience required, we train you fully. What we can’t teach is hustle and attitude. You bring that.
What you’ll do:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective investors
- Open the conversation, build rapport, and spark interest in alternative assets
- Qualify prospects and book them with our closers
- Keep your notes and pipeline clean in the CRM
- Show up to daily trainings and team meetings ready to get better
What we’re looking for:
- A strong work ethic and a competitive streak
- Thick skin: you can hear “no” and keep dialing
- A sense of humor and the ability to take coaching
- Clear, confident phone presence
- Hunger to learn the markets and grow into a closer role
Nice to have (not required):
- Sales or call-center experience
- Interest in finance, investing, or precious metals

Senior Closer
We’re building toward a senior closer seat for proven performers. Many of our closers start on the dial, prove they can produce, and move up. If you’ve already got the reps and you close, we want to know you before the seat opens.

No. We train you fully. Plenty of our people had never worked a phone before they started. What we can't teach is work ethic and attitude, so bring those.
No. This is an in-office role at our Irvine floor. The energy is the point, and you can't feel the room from your couch.
Full-time, in-office. This is a work-and-earn floor, not a clock-watching job. Show up ready to dial.
